
Those wishing to practice medicine in the state of Tennessee may obtain a full medical license or a special telemedicine license.
The Tennessee State Medical Board issued a position statement on the topic of prescribing medication to a patient over the Internet. The State Board requires that physical examination be conducted and the patient’s medical history be retried.
