Ask about the iOS appWho can use Genie?
Visitors can explore the chat interface and enter a question. Research answers, search, and saved conversations require an active CTeL member account. Creating an account alone does not grant membership access.
How do I sign in for the first time?
Select Member login to open Genie in a new tab, then use the email associated with your CTeL membership. If you need to set or reset your password, use the first-sign-in or password-help link on that screen. The Genie web app does not offer public registration.
What can I research?
Genie supports research into telehealth laws, regulations, reimbursement, licensing, and compliance. Ask a focused question, search the library, and review the sources available for your topic.
Does every answer include citations?
Citations appear when the service supplies them. Coverage and source availability vary, so inspect the documents behind an answer and confirm that they address your question. An answer without citations needs additional verification.
Does Genie replace professional advice?
Genie supports research. It does not provide legal, medical, billing, or compliance advice. Consult the appropriate professional when applying research to a specific situation.
Where can I review Genie's terms and privacy policy?
Read the Genie terms of service (opens in a new tab) and privacy policy (opens in a new tab) on the Genie site before using the service.
