Exciting Updates to CTeL’s Working Group Model – Launching January 2025!

To better serve our members and create more impactful, streamlined discussions, CTeL is transitioning to a new working group model starting January 2025. This updated structure will enhance the depth and focus of our conversations while freeing up valuable time on your calendar.

Here’s What’s Changing:

Beginning in January, each working group will meet once a month on a set schedule, allowing for more targeted and substantive discussions on key telehealth topics:

CTeL’s Telehealth Working Group

When: 2nd Tuesday of each month at 2:00 PM ET
Focus: Regulatory updates, reimbursement challenges, policy trends, and actionable strategies for advancing telehealth access.

CTeL’s AI/LLM/Tech Working Group

When: 3rd Wednesday of each month at 2:00 PM ET
Focus: The intersection of AI, large language models, and telehealth technologies, including ethical considerations, emerging innovations, and regulatory developments.

CTeL’S Remote Patient Monitoring/Remote Treatment Monitoring Working Group

When: 4th Thursday of each month at 2:00 PM ET
Focus: Issues surrounding remote patient monitoring (RPM) and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM), including reimbursement, compliance, and integration into care delivery.

Why the Shift?

This new approach is designed to:

  • Streamline Conversations: A single monthly meeting for each group allows us to focus on the most pressing and relevant topics, ensuring actionable outcomes.

  • Increase Value: Our discussions will be more substantive, solution-oriented, and impactful, with opportunities for members to actively contribute.

  • Free Up Time: By consolidating meetings, we’re reducing time spent in recurring calls, freeing you to focus on other priorities.

What to Expect

Members will receive updated calendar invites and agendas to align with the new schedule. These meetings will continue to be virtual, making it easy for you to participate and stay connected. Visit our events page for additional events information.

CTeL is committed to providing valuable forums for collaboration and knowledge-sharing that align with the evolving needs of our members. We look forward to engaging with you in this new format and working together to advance telehealth innovation and policy.
