CTeL membership provides your team better understanding of how policies in the U.S. Congress, executive branch, and state levels impact the delivery of virtual care. CTeL provides practical and easily digestible policy intelligence to enable digital health teams to interpret an ever-changing legal and regulatory landscape.

    1. Policy Alerts: Weekly policy scoops are circulated each week and streamed on LinkedIn Live, keeping members up to date on all digital health developments taking place in the executive branch, Congress, and state levels.

    2. Legislative and Executive Branch Briefs: CTeL staff prepares agnostic congressional hearing memos, and legislative and regulatory summaries.

    3. 50 State Surveys:Research surveys are provided in three formats that are quickly accessible: FAQs, Executive Summaries, and Research Reports.

    4. Academic Research: Our research team conducts academic research, meeting the highest of academic rigor standards, provided to policymakers prior to legislating on an issue.

  • Members are assigned a Research Advisor dedicated to answering policy, legal, and regulatory digital health questions. Your Research Advisor is an extension of your team - available through phone, text, or email – to answer your complex questions.
